Ward Howell International Strengthens its Marketing Officers Practice with the Addition of Andrew Gardner as Partner

New York, September 19, 2019 – Ward Howell International, one of the world’s leading executive search firms, announced today the addition of Andrew Gardner as a Partner in its Marketing Officers Practice. Based in the firm’s New York office, Gardner brings a wealth of experience recruiting for digital and integrated marketing and media, consumer, technology, and life science companies and divisions.

Gardner joins Ward Howell from AGA Executive Search, an independent boutique recruiting firm he established. His recruiting career began in 2007 when he co-founded Kaplan-Gardner, LLC, an executive recruiting firm that specialized in digital and integrated marketing and media positions. Prior to executive recruiting, Gardner was Vice President, Customer Insights at Razorfish, overseeing user experience and data analytics. Earlier in his career, he founded and sold a successful educational software company, after which he held senior management positions in digital marketing, business development, product management, and mergers and acquisitions.

Gardner graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from Yale College.
