He has a passion for mentoring high-potential managers, guiding them over the course of their careers to the C-suite.
Before entering executive search, Asad enjoyed a corporate career spanning 10 years among blue-chip consumer product companies such as Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo. Subsequently, Asad was a group executive in HR within a multinational conglomerate in Dubai, supporting 17 diversified business units across the entire executive talent spectrum. These experiences provided him with the basis for developing and implementing global talent platforms.
Asad has more than 15 years’ experience in the executive search industry. With a passion for entrepreneurship and growing teams, he has helped build Ward Howell International into a top 25 global executive search firm.
In 2012 Asad was elected to the board of Ward Howell International Group, while assuming the role of chief operating officer of the firm. In 2015 he was appointed President North America, and is focused on developing the national footprint for Ward Howell, Americas.
Asad earned a degree in electrical engineering from Bosporus University. He speaks several languages fluently, including English, Urdu, and Turkish, and is conversant in German.
