Hank is a partner with Ward Howell and leads the Global Marketing Officers Practice, Previously, he was a partner at a well-known executive search firm and later co-founded a highly-regarded regional firm.
Prior to his career in search, Hank held leadership roles, including CEO and COO, with several early-stage and middle-market companies. Earlier, he led key marketing and sales organizations for global Fortune 500 companies including Polaroid, Verizon, Procter & Gamble and IBM. At P&G, he was honored as a “Top 100 Marketer” by Advertising Age for restoring a well-known consumer brand to market leadership.
Hank concentrates on assignments for senior leaders who drive growth – C-level executives with P&L responsibility and functional leaders in marketing, sales, and product development – typically for companies seeking to improve strategic focus on their customers and consumers. Client’s value his strategic insights, collaborative approach and deep involvement in search engagements.
Hank earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and undergraduate degrees in marketing and information systems from Fordham University. He serves on the board of governors for the HBS Association of Boston and chairs its marketing committee.
